Cookie Preferences
Questions about this document may be sent to contact@keen-networkgrid.one.
1. Contact
BridgeAxis One operates BridgeAxis One services for customers in the Republic of Korea and selected international jurisdictions. For questions about this Cookie Preferences document, contact contact@keen-networkgrid.one with subject line “Cookie inquiry”.
Include your organization name, approximate relationship to our services, and whether you are making a request as an authorized representative. We respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law.
2. Consent
Where Korean law or equivalent standards require consent for non-essential cookies, we obtain opt-in consent before activation. Essential cookies necessary for security, load balancing, or fraud prevention may be set without consent when strictly required.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal may limit personalization features but will not block informational use of the site.
3. Third Parties
We may engage subprocessors for analytics or infrastructure. Subprocessors are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate technical and organizational measures and limiting use to documented purposes.
A current list of categories of third parties is available on request. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies as a standalone commercial product.
4. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session identifiers, and pixel tags used in limited circumstances for measurement.
Cookies can be session-based (deleted when the browser closes) or persistent (stored for a defined lifetime). This site distinguishes between essential, functional, and analytics categories as described below.
5. Categories
Essential cookies maintain sessions, honor security settings, and route traffic. Functional cookies remember UI preferences such as theme selection when you opt in to storage. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate navigation patterns.
Marketing cookies are disabled by default and only activate when expressly permitted by your organization’s policy and your individual consent where required.
6. Preferences
You can manage preferences through the on-site banner and by clearing browser storage. Browser vendors publish instructions for blocking or deleting cookies; doing so may impact authentication flows on partner demos.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to limit non-essential cookies where technically feasible for this static site configuration.
7. Storage Duration
Essential session cookies expire within 24 hours of inactivity. Preference keys prefixed for BridgeAxis One expire after 400 days unless cleared earlier. Analytics identifiers, when enabled, rotate quarterly to reduce longitudinal tracking risk.
8. Security and Integrity
Cookie values are HTTP-only where applicable and transmitted only over TLS. Administrative access to configuration repositories is logged and reviewed under our access control standard aligned to enterprise practice in Korea.
9. Children's Privacy
Services are directed to organizations and adults acting in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through cookies for consumer marketing purposes.
10. Changes to This Document
We may update this Cookie Preferences document to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be noted by revising the last updated date and, where appropriate, providing an additional notice on the site.
11. Governing Law and Venue
Interpretation of this document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Competent courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction subject to applicable law.
