General Terms

1. Termination
Either party may terminate written services agreements in accordance with the notice periods stated therein. We may suspend access for material breach, including non-payment or unauthorized redistribution of documentation, after reasonable cure periods where applicable.
2. Intellectual Property
BridgeAxis One retains rights to its software, documentation, and templates. You receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes during the subscription term unless broader rights are expressly granted.
3. Governing Law and Disputes
These General Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Seoul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues where applicable.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from site use is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law such as intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
5. Acceptance
By accessing the site, requesting information, or signing an order form, you acknowledge that you have read these General Terms and agree to be bound where legally permitted. If you disagree, discontinue use.
6. User Obligations
You agree not to misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities beyond coordinated testing programs, or use automated means in a manner that degrades service for others.
7. Service Description
BridgeAxis One provides API management and modernization offerings described on this site for informational purposes. Binding scope, SLAs, and deliverables are defined only in executed agreements.
8. Warranties Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, subject to non-waivable statutory rights.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable care. Information is not confidential if lawfully known without obligation of confidence or independently developed without use of confidential materials.
10. Assignment
You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice where required.
11. Survival
Provisions relating to liability, confidentiality, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination to the extent necessary to give them effect.
