Refund & Cancellation
Questions about this document may be sent to contact@keen-networkgrid.one.
1. Eligibility
Refund and cancellation rights apply to subscription fees paid directly to BridgeAxis One for listed platform plans where no separate enterprise order form supersedes this policy. Professional services deposits follow the milestones in your statement of work.
2. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation document covers prepaid monthly or annual software access fees and onboarding packages sold through standard order flows. Third-party marketplace purchases are governed solely by marketplace terms.
3. Contact
Submit refund or cancellation requests to contact@keen-networkgrid.one with invoice numbers, subscription identifiers, and a concise description of the issue. Enterprise customers should copy their account manager.
4. Timeframe
For eligible digital services, you may cancel within fourteen days of initial purchase provided no production traffic has been enabled on paid routes. After production enablement, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicit warranty remedies.
5. Exceptions
Non-refundable items include completed professional services days, hardware pass-through costs, and third-party certification fees already incurred on your behalf. Partial refunds, when granted, exclude these sunk costs.
6. Process
We acknowledge requests within five business days, verify account ownership, and provide a written decision. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval, subject to processor timelines.
7. Chargebacks and Good Faith
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We cooperate with card networks and will present subscription agreements and usage records where permitted.
8. Service Credits
Where SLA remedies apply, service credits may be offered in lieu of cash refunds. Credits expire if not consumed within the period stated in your order form or twelve months by default.
9. Governing Law
Consumer protections under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and related Korean consumer regulations remain available where mandatory law provides rights that cannot be waived.
10. Material Changes
If we materially reduce prepaid entitlements, affected customers will receive a pro-rated refund or alternative remedy as described in notice communications.
11. Recordkeeping
We retain refund correspondence for seven years to support audits and regulatory inquiries, after which records are securely deleted or anonymized.
